CybertronPC is seeking a national level Retail Sales Manager focused on a singular channel. This Wichita based individual will achieve increased customer contact, customer acquisition, revenues, growth, communication, market influence and loyalty. Candidate will participate in national and regional trade events, educate retailers, store personnel and educate consumers about the CybertronPC advantage, while promoting Cybertron goodwill and brand recognition.

Candidate will interface with marketing personnel, sales staff and management team reporting to the Director of Sales. This position has no direct reports; interfacing daily with Sales Support, Tech Support, Customer Service, Shipping, & Marketing. Candidate will cultivate relationships, opportunities and insights. Discipline, integrity, vision and creativity are necessary characteristics for success.

Must be technology adept, familiar with computer hardware, systems, networks, services and changing trends. Able to operate within a moderately complex CRM and operations system. Time management skills coupled with disciplines necessary to be productive and proactive are important to success. Anticipated travel level not to exceed 25%.

Testers use our state of the art testing software and burn in software to ensure the reliability of the systems, while troubleshooting any errors in hardware or software. Our team is made up of friendly, knowledgeable and driven individuals.
