Cybertron International Inc. to acquire The Bill Guy Technology Solutions in February

Wichita, KS - Wichita based company, Cybertron International Inc., is expanding its range of opportunities with the acquisition of The Bill Guy Technology Solutions to accelerate the growth in their managed services division, CybertronIT, and improve the quality of services provided to customers. The acquisition will be completed in February.

This acquisition will set a new growth strategy for Cybertron, creating new jobs within the organization. According to Shadi Marcos, Cybertron CFO, "We will be looking at other viable managed IT service providers in the area to extend our new growth strategy in the near future." Wichita customers will not only have access to computers, parts and services, but now they will also have access to a fully functional, award winning, managed IT services provider. CybertronIT can maximize the availability of computer systems, security, and performance through the expansion of their managed IT services division.

"This acquisition combines our nationally recognized hardware brand, CybertronPC, with first class IT services, giving our customers an integrated service solution that will address all business technology needs" said Ahmed Aziz, Cybertron CEO. With the addition of The Bill Guy Technology Solutions to their team, no jobs were cut, and CybertronIT has quadrupled its technical force on the field placing themselves as a major player in the IT services field regionally. According to Bill Ramsey, now the CybertronIT Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the acquisition will greatly benefit both companies, "We are now part of a nationwide computer manufacturer thereby immediately expanding our reach to a national audience. It eliminates the need to rely on a third party equipment provider, allows our customers to buy local, and provides a very cohesive IT and hardware support experience for our customers." The Bill Guy Technology Solutions has been top finalist in the 2010 and 2011 Small Business of the Year award, and Bill Ramsey was awarded the 2011 Small Business Person of the Year for Kansas.
