Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. Craig has gone out of his way to help me, I am very disabled and he has taken the time to understand and explain things to me he has also E-mailed me information I was unable to write down, this has been very helpful, thanks to his service any parts or components I need in the future I will certainly purchase from Cybertron.   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself. Thanks again, I hope your day has been a great one!
