Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request.   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did. Not only did they find us exactly what we needed, but they gave it to us at an unbelievable price and had it on our doorstep the following morning!
