Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request.   • I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while.
