It is so nice to talk to a “real american” in the USA for help and not someone in India, South America, Phillipins, etc. I think you get the idea. Hats off to you as a company for that.   • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again. You can be sure I will look to you in the future for the real deal and real equipment. All the best,
