He was very knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions to me. Your prices were very good and I will be back for more computer items in the future. The shipping carton was packed solidly and all necessary disks, paperwork, etc. were enclosed. I installed the drive, DDR, etc. and it's running perfectly.
