While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in.   • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!
