  • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did.   • I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).

    I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$. Thanks guys.

  • Thank you! No really, I mean it! I've bought a lot of computer this-and-that over the years - invariably with the occasional items that had to be returned. Never have I received such high quality service though. Perhaps it's a bit strange for a returned item to be accompanied by a letter of praise, but I was just so impressed with your prices, customer service, and technical support that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to commend you.

    I, the customer, am the most important part of your business. Most companies, however, develop a certain superiority complex which declares the business more significant than the customer. Counter productive, yes, I know. Nevertheless, this is the mentality, whether implied or not, that comes across.

    From the moment I made my first call to Cybertron International, I was sold. I was greeted with a caring voice that truly seemed interested in getting me what I wanted, not getting me to settle for what was available. Granted, I was given options, suggestions, and ideas, but I never felt pushed or that sting of a high-pressure sales person wanting to close the deal and move on to the next sucker. Instead, quite to the contrary, I was extended every courtesy and an atmosphere that screamed of whatever it takes.

    So again, thank you. I will be doing business with you in the future.

  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,

I have never seen this level of service in any company before and I will highly recommend Cybertron computers to everyone that is interested in the purchase of a new computer.   • Dear Emad, Just a note of appreciation for the great service, excellent quality and price of your computers, and outstanding customer support. I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same.
