CybertronPC charges a $30.00 diagnostic fee per system; you will be contacted with the results of our diagnostics within 48 hours. Should you choose to continue with repairs; the diagnostic fee will be waived and you will be charged a flat $59.95 per hour for labor plus the cost of any parts that are used to repair your system. Lead times for repairs are contingent upon the work load in our repair department; CybertronPC does not guarantee any estimation for when your repairs will be complete. Upon request, repairs may be expedited for an additional fee. CybertronPC is not responsible for any data LOST or DAMAGED in the repair process. We will REFORMAT your hard disk drive as necessary to repair the problem. It is your responsibility to back-up any data (either application or files) from the hard disk drive. At your request, if it is possible, we can back up the FILES on your system for a fee of $35.00. All repairs performed by CybertronPC are guaranteed for 14 days after you are notified that the repairs are complete this guarantee covers manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship only. If any portion of the agreement is unclear or disagreeable please speak to a CybertronPC representative for further clarification.
